Welcome to Indian River Wilderness Adventures

 Located along the Indian River in the Thousand lslands Region of New York State, Indian River Wilderness Adventures has a licensed, experienced guide to enhance your outdoor, recreational experience in the Adirondack and Thousand Island Region.  Indian River Wilderness Adventures offers day and overnight trips, year round: canoeing, day hiking, backpacking, cross-country skiing (instructional packages available), snowshoeing, and horseback riding (to include overnight trail trips). Families, groups and individuals welcome.

Trail Riding

    Trail Rides have begun.  We offer evening rides on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.  Day rides are available on Saturdays and Sundays.  All trips require advance reservations.  Check our events calendar for details.
